FAREWELL TO FEBRUARY......

Your time is up...go away!

Photobucket

I know Spring is still a long way off here, even if the calendar says 3 weeks.
But when March arrives, I am encouraged...it is coming...
A few of us decided to help February leave...
A Grain of Salt has some pics up and
Marsha's Garden, and
There's Always Thyme...
Savoring Time in the Kitchen,
Foley's Follies,
Mountain Breaths, and
Kitchen Bouquets...check the sidebar for links..

So a look back...

  2. What a wonderful Farewell to February! I love all of your photos especially your beautiful hydranges and I hope to see much more of them this summer. I love the blue ones the best since here they bloom pink. Most of all I love your BEACH comparsion shots with benches in the winter and in the summer from the same angle. You live in a very beautiful area and how wonderful you are just a stone's throw away from the Beach.

    You make meatless Friday spectactular.

  7. Excellent send off for February Kathleen. I can't wait to see your hydrangeas again (and mine!). I have that beach shot with the flag pole saved on my computer (from the first time) as Kathleen's Beach! I wanna be there!! Your pink lilies sure are gorgeous. Do they have a name?

Your dinner looks very springy indeed. I love the colors in the food and how they look in the plate. You coordinate so well :-)

  9. Your photos are wonderful, Kathleen. It is so odd seeing snow on the beach. It rarely happens here. What a contrast to the lovely flower photos.

I've always longed to live near the beach. But I'm very lucky it is close by.

I'm thinking about that clam cook off. It could be fun.

  11. Kathleen, wonderful post and naturally you ended with WFD. You're so good.... But, I thought you were going to eat Cap'n Crunch on Fridays during Lent?

I love the winter beach scene and the summer beach scene!

The flower pics are all beautiful, but my favorites are the lilies.
