Looks like it is GREEN for GO!
No thanks to Microsoft, but thanks to a FB follower, Katy Kehle, I was able to get back to a screen so I could reset my computer. They told me there was nothing they could do, but she told me to hold down the control key while rebooting so I could get a menu!
I would have really been disappointed to break the tradition of the St. Patrick’s Day blog crawl! So many of you have been doing the blog crawl since it started. Yes, I know we are a small group, quality not quantity, !
Everyone is welcome, it has to be a new post, and of course, feature anything St. Patricky!
I’ve been busy baking, and I have a new recipe to try for Brown Irish Soda Bread. It is from my dear bil, who is Irish born. I hope to make it for the party!
I would love you to join in if you have something to share!
In the spirit of the sharing of the green, please stop by and enter to win this cheerful yellow polka dot flatware in a white pail from Pfaltzgraf.
There are 18 pieces and it is perfect for your Spring and Summer tables.
I used it for a table awhile ago.
Dig out your greens, and come crawl with us!
See you on the 16th, around 7 PM, NY time!
Thanks for stopping by!

DeleteKathleen, I'm so glad you were able to at least get your Windows recovered, and hopefully with no data lost. I'm really looking forward to coming to your blog crawl - you inspired me, and I was always late in years past. Thanks for your visit (got your entry in, too).

Yay! So glad you were able to get a fix, I hope it's more permanent then temporary. Computer problems drive me nuts. I have a new computer, only a few months old and of course it has Windows 10...the picture issues I am having with downloading and uploading are insane! Not to mention the compiled pressure I am feeling from Picasa going away. Ughh! I saw your delimma on FB and was feeling for ya. I am happy to say, I am joining the fun again this year. It's been a while. I can't wait to share and to see all the other green goodness. Take care!
ReplyDeleteGoodie!! I am so glad your computer glitch has been fixed!! I am so looking forward to seeing everyone's Saint Patrick's Day Posts. What time will the Crawl start this year?

ReplyDeleteI'll think of something! '-)
Happy for you!!!!
ReplyDeleteI've heard so many horror stories about Windows 10! Glad you were able to figure it out, Kathleen. I'll be joining you for the St. Paddy's Day party!
ReplyDeleteI am sooo happy you're back up & running! My sister & several friends have had the same things happen when they went to Windows 10. I hate change!!!
